We want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. As we specialise in brand-new factory-second appliances, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and stress-free, while complying with Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We kindly ask customers to choose carefully.
Due to the nature of factory-second appliances, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if the appliance is no longer required after purchase.
Factory-Second Appliances
All appliances sold by us are brand-new factory seconds. This means they may have minor cosmetic marks, dents, scratches, or packaging damage that do not affect performance or functionality.
These cosmetic characteristics are not considered faults and are not eligible for return or refund.
Faults, Damages & Warranty
All appliances come with a 3 to 6 months warranty for your peace of mind.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

A mechanical or electrical fault occurs

You receive the wrong item
If a fault occurs under normal household use during the warranty period, we will:

Inspect the appliance

Repair the issue where possible

Replace the appliance or provide a refund if repair is not possible

Returns & Care Requirements
To ensure smooth and fair support:

Appliances must not be altered, modified, or repaired by third parties

Misuse or neglect

Power or water supply issues

Accidental or physical damage

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Installation
We recommend professional installation where required.
Issues arising from incorrect installation, plumbing, electrical connections, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines are not covered under warranty.
Exchanges
Where applicable, and subject to inspection, exchanges may be offered for faulty items. Availability depends on stock.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the fault is minor, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.
